The Appeal Of Article Marketing

Tuesday, August 17th, 2010

With all the activity online, stimulating interests and activating ideas, here is a venue that has more appeal than any other marketing concept. It is the thought of being able to jot down your daily thoughts, ideas or reflections and get paid to do it. Imagine being able to get up in the morning, post an article on your blog and get paid to do it. Is this possible? Yes! More possible than you would believe. When people go online, they are looking for ideas, thoughts or suggestions; and if you can capture their attention, you can make loyal subscribers of them. The more subscribers the more readers, the more readers, the more potential you have to get paid by your Google ads, your click per action or your products on page. Getting people to your page is important, but you need them to stay after showing up. People d0n’t like reading unless they know it’s about something they are interested in. If they know exactly where they’re going and what they want to read, they’ll more than likely arrive at their destination and stay a while. This is the person you are interested in. If you have their attention they are of value to you. If you don’t, they stay all of about 0.68 seconds (speaking figuratively, but you get the point)

Place the option for people to subscribe to your blog where it can be easy seen and clearly understood. If they like what you have to say, they will more than likely subscribe. Also, if they have an idea of who you are, they’re likely to embrace you as one of their own. This is important, because if they don’t feel at home, they won’t even click on your Google ads, much less buy any of your products. Your products, should be relevant to your content. My content targets how to make money blogging, so my products are usually tools which help the blogger to grow in knowledge and make efficient use of their blog; to optimize it and fashion it into the effective website they want it to be. Properly used a blog becomes a fully functional website, with all the necessary tools to make a legitimate online business. What’s more you can start out with a free blog and grow your content, attract lots of followers, make a full time living, then make the domain your own by simply hosting the blog with Google or WordPress. There’s no investment required in starting an online business. A homeless person could do from the library. The best way to start out is by finding your niche. Maybe you would like to sell diamonds, outdoor wear, wedding dresses, pianos, car stereos, electronics or computer software. You can do all of these things as a Google, Commission Junction or Clickbank affiliate. What is it that you would like to do online?
