Success in online business is an absolute possibility; but you must learn to think outside the box. I can give you real tips, but until you apply those tips, they’ll go in one ear and out the other. I have spent years landing on websites, ignoring free instruction from well meaning and seasoned internet marketers. It’s not until we finally listen and give someone the chance to offer some real mentoring, that we begin to see opportunities in online business. Oh we can take our courses and go through the motions, but never really absorb what we’re being taught. This is disgraceful to us as well as the mentors who try to help us out along the way. Why? When we really apply ourselves and read what we are taught, it sticks in our minds and we carry out instruction with latent readiness.

We just need to slow down, quit racing with time and exercise a little trust for long enough to absorb some lasting principles. If we don’t receive the whole of instruction, we will lose our way and not be able to recognize marketing opportunities. Instead we will go from one silly product to another and never learn how to sell online. We will think it’s the product we’re selling, when in fact internet marketing is just like any other business in the world; it’s based on supply and demand! If there is a demand for what we are selling, we will find success…period! If there is a demand for horror movies in our theaters, then you can bet there is a demand for junk products which are as effective as a screen door on a submarine. The point is that any niche will reap results, so why not pick one worthwhile and rewarding to ourselves as well as our customers? But until we learn to read and apply what we learn, we will not even be able to recognize that niche, when it is staring us right the face.

How do we overcome our apathy and strengthen our minds? Well did any of you guys ever play little league football when you were kids? Were any of you girls ever on the cheerleading squad? Buck up people! I’m not telling you how to think or what to believe in, but won’t you feel dumb when your kids walk up to you and say, “Mom, Dad? Why didn’t ya’ll just try a little bit harder?” There will be nothing to say in reply. Hey, you wanna sit there in your EZ-Chair? Fine! But don’t let your mind become as slow as your body. Be sharp witted, humble and teachable. This will make all the difference in your online business and give you sufficient endurance to finish the race.

How To Bring People To Your Blog:

If I’m going to be blogging and chatting and sharing ideas, I may as well be making money at it. Is this such a tough thing? Well I guess it could be if you wanted to be a millionaire. Me? I just want to get by, enjoy life and not have to work for anyone else. Believe me this is easily accomplished. How? Simple. Even more simple than a lot of people care to admit.

Use the Google Search Based Keyword Tool and analyze these 3 Key Phrases, to find their most current & relevant keyword phrasing in recent online searches. Seeing as how Google captures over 70% of the general traffic online, their shouldn’t be any question as to why I suggest using this tool. I’m not boasting in my knowledge, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist and I’m an idiot, so you do the math.

The key words: Online Business, Internet Marketing & Affiliate Marketing are the key phrases we’ll search. Why? Again…simple. Online Business is old school, so old school that I’m afraid to use it. But I’d be an idiot not to, because the fact is Online Business does not put a bad taste in anyone’s mouth. When people think of spammers and online scams they don’t typically conjure up the term, ‘online business’. They’re more likely to equate it with a responsibly managed web based business.

If I’m a guy just a bit curious, trying to do some research about this whole home based business type thing, I might go to my computer and search the term “online business”. Now before I say this; I’m saying that no one will ever search “internet marketing”. I’m simply saying that there’s a strong probability that a considerable percentage of people will NOT search it.

But the glaring fact of the matter is that internet marketing will come into the discussion and I want the reader to already be conditioned to seeing the difference between reliable systems, products and programs and the unreliable ones. The reader will have to come to terms with the fact that there legitimate internet marketing and illegitimate internet marketing.

Now a simplified example of such “conditioning” would be to present the reader with the term Online Marketing; or Internet Business. However if it is just my intent to divert him from the way it’s being said, rather than from the way it’s done, I am sure to lose him; because I truly AM the illegitimate internet marketer. There needs to be more to me and more to my offer. I want to be able to teach him to do what I do, which is in fact quite easy. Traffic generation is like learning to swim or ride a bike. Since you’ve never been in the water or learned to balance a to wheeled vehicle, it’s absolutely terrifying until you finally just jump in and and let that degree of latent learning have it’s place in the game. It is quite unfortunate that, unlike swimming or riding a bike, most people have never really learned to jump out there and surf.

I want to be a guy who researches what he says, what he does and sells, so that I can truly offer quality, coupled with genuine service, this is all that really matters. Is my customer happy with the product or service with which I have provided him? If he is I AM LEGITIMATE!!! So second nature to me should be writing articles about what I know, what I say and what I do. That way when I use the term internet marketer, it has a number of beneficiary purposes. Below is my clear technique to generate leads and build a list while making money. It is my argument that a person needn’t be concerned with the size of his list, but rather his method of traffic generation. It doesn’t matter how big your list is; if you don’t interact with the people in it on a regular basis, they will have no interest in what you have to offer.

Go here: http://google.com/sktool/#keywords and type 3 key phrases (one at a time of course): Online Business, Internet Marketing and Affiliate Marketing [footnote, think of the judgments that are often associated with these 3 different terms] it will be important to your key phrase search. We are going to take keyword rich based ‘key phrases’ and form ‘key phrase questions’ to enter into Google Alerts and find (on auto pilot) the people online who are raising those keyword rich questions. [then just go there and comment on those posts, leaving your name, email and web address] This will entice people who are ’searching out your niche’ to come to your site. By the way this IS online business and it’s the only way to build a list. If you do these things everyday YOU WILL BUILD YOUR LIST and even make money from it. I know how challenging this can be, but I’ll help ya!!!

You will enter the first key phrase “Online Business” into “SEARCH BASED KEYWORD TOOL bar” and select “Find Keywords” This will show a very steady range of consistent numbers, as well as bids on those words. [Don't worry about Adwords Yet ...not time for that] The consistency is because “Online Business” commands respect and reverence. People do not generally associate it in their minds when they think of spammers and internet scams. You will notice the results list and how the top key phrases show the most search results. You want to click the magnifying glass next to those results that are most similar to your niche analysis. You’ll now be at Google Insights, in a new window (keep both windows open) scroll down to the bottom of the page. You’ll see two lists, Top Searches and Rising Searches [after you get good at being able to tell which "Rising Searches" will become the next "TOP SEARCHES", then you'll be ready for Adwords (deciding how much you want to pay when someone clicks on a keyword or phrase) but don't worry you can make money long before that. Hundreds of thousands of people already do.

Most people just need a good understanding of what's coming down the wire, so they can bring a flood of people their site. [like you'll be doing] …and they never move on to adwords. But with a good grasp on keyphrases anyone can play the bidding game and make a fortune with Google (…and no I’m not rich…YET) but I KNOW this stuff. You’re going to find that the people who are looking to get involved, have fun and make money are not really searching “online business” very much. This is a foundational keyword [VERY IMPORTANT] because when you begin to comment on posts, you want to build a strong comment that causes people to sit up and pay attention. You might say something like:

“Online marketers should keep a clear focus,
so as not to be distracted by affiliate products
that won’t sell. The Rising Search results for
Twitter Affiliate Marketing” are now at 450%
So keep lots of Twitter Tools at your site.”

Do you see how simple that was? I didn’t write an article or a 3 page email, I just posted a comment. But it is important to use keyword rich phrases to form key questions to enter into Google Alerts. I know, I know; what are we talking about here? Just enter Google Alerts into the Google Search Bar and you’ll be directed to a link leading straight there. Don’t get confused by my hopping around. You’ll be doing a lot of hopping and trust me, IT’S ADDICTIVE!!! When you get to Google Alerts You’ll see the welcome sign on the left and a CREATE box to the right. You should now have KEYWORD TOOL, GOOGLE INSIGHTS, AND GOOGLE ALERTS (open in 3 separate tabs) “hop” over to keyword tool and enter in “affiliate marketing”, [this is the "niche" keyword based phrase] where as internet marketing is a ["good" keyword based phrase] and online business is [a "foundational" keyword based phrase].

Entering “affiliate marketing” should have shown an explosion at the top of the list, with a relatively quick decline in searches and bids centering around the idea of AFFILIATE INTERNET MARKETING. The value of AFFILIATE is very fresh, because it’s a new and still rising concept, [even in the public arena] like at a meeting in a hotel or on a menu in a restaurant [seriously] So because it is so fresh and new, it really hasn’t developed a good (or bad) name. Therefore it can be manipulated, which is what makes the niche so great. Of course people will wear it out, give it a bad name and it’ll have a worse reputation than “internet marketing”, which still has that old “underdog” value. So, properly used, all words are valuable. VERY VALUABLE!!! We want to click on the magnifying glass next to the keyword phrases, which show the most results and are still about affiliate internet marketing. We will find ourselves again in yet another tabbed Google Insights page. We scroll to the bottom and check out the Top Searches. The ones that are on top are the phrases that are being searched the most. Use these phrases to create your key questions! [footnote if you notice over in the RISING SEARCH a phrase with upwards of 500% and it's about Twitter, Facebook or People String or 'whatever', you really wanna go to Clickbank and find a NICE product that's free to promote, get your affiliate link, with banners and promote that product on your blog or website] this is because, its a totally safe bet that it will continue to increase and more people will search that key-phrase. I’m telling you Glory, this is how the gurus do it, ok? Don’t spend anymore money, I already spent it all learning the very things I’m telling you now.

Remember to keep the concepts of Foundational Key Phrases, Good Key Phrases and Niche Key Phrases in the forefront of your mind. Use Online Business, Internet Marketing & Affiliate Marketing in your search. After you find some good key phrases, go back to the tab called GOOGLE ALERTS and form KEY QUESTIONS to be entered into your alert search engine. (that’s what I like to call it) Form some good questions, keeping the key phrases in proper order. Then put those questions (including the question mark) in parentheses. Otherwise Google will send back results for each word individually. [which sucks] …so don’t forget that. Your key questions will look something like this: “how do I start an online business?” or “what is internet marketing?” and “what is affiliate marketing” ….here are also a couple bonus ones for you. “what are the best affiliate marketing programs?” and “how do I do affiliate twitter marketing” [feel free to use all of these and get some CRAZY results back]…but learn this stuff!!! I can’t stress how important it is.

Enter the 1st “QUESTION” into Google Alerts and select “feed” where it shows your email ok? That’s the only setting you need concern yourself with. Click CREATE. You will then see the alert on a new page with the popular “feed” logo. Select “View in Google Reader”. Then just wait for about 15 or 20 minutes, (maybe a half hour) Then come back to Google Reader which will have opened in a new window. You can then close all the other windows and just use Google Reader as your new home base. Select one of the articles, which is “based on your keyword research” and begin posting in blogs and forums LIKE THIS ONE When you post, be sure to leave your name, email and web address or affiliate link. Keep The 3 Phrase Types in mind as you post comments. You want to think of the power of those keywords and the variable effects of interchanging them together. A good business is important, but if you don’t promote it there’s no value in it. If you never get out there and tell others about it, then it’s worth nothing to you. In online business, everybody wants a system that promotes itself and sells itself. They really believe that people are going to be magnetically attracted to their product, just because it’s red or because it has a built in tracking system.(that’s how they’ll know when someone shows up at their site) Cue the crickets please. They don’t understand that they have to get involved and let the element of good old fashioned human interactivity take over. (which by the way, is what “viral” is) Of course that can be an immeasurably powerful thing when using a tool like the internet, which moves at the speed of light, literally! But we can’t mix apples with oranges just to convince people of that fact. This just creates a lot of disillusionment about what the internet really is and how powerful it can really be.

There are people out there who know that they stand to benefit from a bunch of mice running on wheels all day long. These are the people I want to avoid. Of course it seems a lot of times, like that’s the only kind of people there are. Well, up til’ not too long ago, that’s what I really believed. Although I still believe the world is so full of greedy people that we’re in danger of destroying our own planet, I know that I have discovered a business that is founded on the principles of honesty and sincerity and will be around for a long time to come. There are so many companies out there trying to “model” themselves after it, that it’s hard to tell the real thing. Global NPN is a solid company and has been in the game for over 5 years now.
